Enabling cookies in your browser

Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. The Internet Options dialog opens |

Locate the Security tab and left click |
| |

Click on Custom Level |
| |
4 |
Scroll down to the Cookies area and insure that ENABLE is highlighted in both options |

Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog |

Note: To successfully log in after applying the setting changes please close all windows, open a new browser and log in again |

In the “Preferences’ section, you will see several items in the ‘Category’ window |

Click on ‘Privacy and Security’ |

Then, click on “Enable all cookies.” |

Click on ‘Advanced.’ |

Click on ‘Clear Memory Cache’ and ‘Clear Disk Cache.’ |

Below the ‘Clear Disk Cache’ button, make sure that the: “Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network,” is highlighted on, “Every time I view the page.” |

Click Edit and then move your mouse to Preferences and left click |

Now click the arrow next to the Privacy & Security section |

Left click on the word Cookies in the menu that appears |

Make sure the radio button Enable all Cookies is highlighted |

Click OK to exit this. Restart your Browser for this to take effect |
